I invited Lizzy on the show to talk about her business, The Pillow Fort–a haven for young people with chronic mental or physical illnesses. She suffers from chronic illnesses herself, and she grew tired of all the negative communities she found online to support her as well as of the dearth of chronic illness products targeted toward young people.

While we certainly talk about the birth and growth of The Pillow Fort community and ezine, as well as her own ezine distibution company, we also talk about her experience in university as a Christian turned agnostic turned humanist atheist in a Theology program.

Lizzy is working on a lot of cool things, and she is a bright example that people struggling with chronic illness can both manage and thrive in life and business.

Bonus: Me being a weird American excited about her proper British accent.
